After Lynda, This work consists of 28 mops - collected from the artist herself and from other artist’s studios. Sculpted into a single object, far too large to push, the mops have been memorialized with the remains and weight of what “Artists” create, discard, and experience while working in their studios. In that sense it is an homage to the artist's labors that we don’t see, a statue of process and the artists who came before us
